I am a Business Administrator (CRA-SC 10.141) deeply dedicated to research in Business Ethics. Over the past decade, I have focused on the study of human moral development and virtue ethics, with the aim of supporting individuals and organizations in their pursuit of excellence.
I hold a Ph.D. in Administration from Santa Catarina State University (UDESC, 2020), a Master’s degree in Government and Culture of Organizations from the University of Navarra (Spain, 2024), a Master’s degree in Administration with an emphasis on Organizations and the Public Sphere (UDESC, 2015), and an MBA in Financial Business from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-RJ, 2006).
My professional background includes experience in both public and private sectors: I worked in the banking industry (2000–2009), ran my own retail business (2009–2013), and served as a lecturer in Public Administration (2018–2021).
I am currently a researcher affiliated with the Admethics research group (Esag/UDESC, Brazil) and the Practices, Knowledge, and Conduct research group (UFF, Brazil).
Driven by a commitment to ethics, I explore topics at the intersection of Management and Economics, with a particular focus on the ethics of artificial intelligence.
